Promote and provide healthy food and drinks

This online course is aligned with the Unit of Competency CHCECE004 Promote and provide healthy food and drinks in the Certificate III & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications. This course will support your knowledge and skills required to promote healthy eating and ensure that food and drinks provided are nutritious, appropriate for each child and prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.

In collaboration with Gowrie Training & Consultancy the content for this nutrition course was provided by Public Health Services, Department of Health and Human Services. The information is accurate at the time of development (April 2016).
